-Hello
Nathan, thanks for accepting to be interviewed for my
web magazine, to start this interview off I'd
like to know something about your background
Cheers
Edo glad to be a part of it. I was born in Gosford city
bout an hour north of Sydney in Australia. My childhood
was spent mostly in a small town called Wyee, where
I grew up in the shadow of my two older brothers and
an older sister. We all became musically talented with
me taking on the Drums which drove everyone crazy!!
Then into my teens I took on Carpentry for a career
job while still playing the drums, they both made me
really busy. Then when Modeling came on the scene it
took over just about everything in my life I loved it!
It started with comps and small jobs and grew from there.
-How
is it living in Australia? What places would you suggest
me to visit and to do in your country?
Think
you need to visit Sydney of course, but the list would
have to include Brisbane city, Gold Coast / Surfers,
Melbourne. From all my traveling I honestly still rate
Australia my number 1 place, it's beautiful.
-What
or who made you decide to pursue a career as a model?
Do you feel totally comfortable in front of the
camera?
Haha started as a dare from my mates
to enter a Modeling comp called Aussiemodel which was
nationwide. I ended up winning the comp and the jobs
started to flow with a spot in a TV drama show in Australia.
Was a bit weird at first in front of the camera but
didn't take long to start to love it! I'm very comfortable
in front of the camera now my focus is now on what the
director (photographer) needs from the shots
-How
important is modeling to you? Share with me some of
your professional goals for the future.
Modeling
has brought me so much fun and helped me to meet so
many different people in my life so far. Just launching
Internationally for American Apparel coming up things
are going well. Always looking out for the big brands
to work with and to balance it with Acting. Looking
forward to Acting taking off as well!
-How
would you describe yourself as a person? Are you outgoing
or reserved?
I would have to say outgoing
but have a healthy balance of both. The hard times and
good times have developed and sharpen my character.
I'm passionate about what I do, and that I do my best
at it. I work hard and play harder!
-I
guess you travel a lot, if you didn't live where you
do now, where would you like to move to?
Yeah
I do now just came back from a quick Europe trip, me
and a mate hit 5 Countries in 3 weeks, was a lot of
fun. Probably would have to be L.A, New York or London,
I'm pretty flexible.
-What's your favourite
sport? How often do you play it?
Surfing,
I head out for a wave as much as I can, I enjoy
a lot of sports though.
