Interview by Edo Q © 2008 CoverMen Mag
July, 2008

-Hello Stefan, I am flattered you accepted to be interviewed for my website, to start this interview off I'd like to know something about the first years of your life in Germany.Stefan

I was born in Stuttgart, lived there till I was 18. Then I started modeling (on accident, a photographer made some picture of me just for fun one time and showed them to a local agency....) I was planning on being a pro snowboarder or windsurfer  then I liked that job and started traveling and working all over Germany, Europe and USA...

-Tell me about your first photo shoot, how did you feel in front of the camera?

Since I used to have very long hair, I got booked for a job as Tarzan. Well it was strange, felt a little uncomfortable because there were so many people and I was almost wearing nothing. We shot in the zoo.

-You're a very successful model, besides your great look, what do you think photographers see in you? Why do you think they often select you for their photo shoots?

I don't know, I guess there must be something - you tell me ;-).
I'm very professional and work very fast, I guess clients like that when models know what they have to do, so they can work fast with good results.

-What are the ups and the downs of a modeling career?Stefan

You get paid good money but you never know when and how you'll work next week, month, years... There are good and also very bad times. But at least when I don't work I have time off and can do whatever I want. Also there are great jobs on great locations I would never get or pay for, plus you get paid a good rate, and then you have the shitty paid jobs where you have to wear terrible clothes and hang out in a boring, dark and ugly studio. Sometimes it's fun, sometimes it's not fun but I have to do it anyway - it's my job. Also you are most of the time by yourself, you travel, have dinners... by yourself. A quite lonely job and life.

-Can you share with me some of your professional projects you are working on right now?

Starting a self storage company chain soon, plus working with Life Plus.

Tell me more about  Life Plus, can you explain me what is the concept behind it?

Passive income. All you have to do is tell people about the product and the marketing plan. You don't sell anything!!! just refer.
And you get a percentage of everyone you and everyone they refer. That's it. No risk, no sells....just passive income. But many people just don't get it. They don't understand that making money can be that easy and so they don't even try it. That's the only frustrating part of it.

Stefan

-What are some of your personal interests?Stefan

Sports, travel, cars, hotels, real estate...

-If you weren't modeling, what do you think you'd be doing now? What did you wish to be when you were growing up?

I wanted to be a stuntman, other than a pro snowboarder, owning a windsurfing school... But what I would be doing right now? I really don't know.

-Thanks Stefan for taking your time to reply to my questions, I wish you a Happy and Safe Holiday!

Sure pleasure.
