-Hello James, I am really flattered to interview you, just to start it off,
please give me some background information such as hometown, family, education
and so on.
Hometown: Elk Grove, CA.
I grew
up on a conservative hippy farm in the country. Family:
Six sisters and a Twin brother. Dad was a surfer from
Newport Beach the mom that raised me is Filipino and
a nurse. Education: I keep changing my major. I was
a Power Plant operator in the Navy for 4 years. I am
pretty much done with a degree in Electrical Engineering
and a degree in Marketing. I recently switched gears
to peruse healthcare. I enjoy school and will continue
to go as long I have the means to do so.
-Let's
look back at how you started modeling, tell me about
how you got discovered.
I was in the US Navy
stationed on Pearl Harbor, HI. I was walking the beach
in Honolulu and a scout for Abercrombie & Fitch
approached my bro' and I to possibly shoot for A&F.
Next thing you know, we are shooting with Bruce Weber
and Abercrombie. I did get my first modeling job;
it was Abercrombie & Fitch in Hawaii.
-What
kind of assignments, as a model, do you prefer?
Modeling assignments
that I prefer are the creative abstract ones. Not so
much the commercial. I like to really express myself
in body and emotion and have it professionally and creatively
portrayed through the lens of a photographer who can
envision the shot and feel the emotion. The end result
of the artistry on display needs to be breathtaking.
-Please share with me some of your main
assignments so far...
My main modeling assignments
thus far are A & F and much of the work I have done
in various Men's fashion mags.
-Tell me
what do you consider to be your best achievement
so far? My greatest achievement thus far
in the modeling world is learning the system to a certain
degree. I can walk into any job and nail it without
hesitation. I have learned how to place my own body
and emotion in any setting. I have also learned to study
the photographer's style and put myself in their head
while shooting to obtain a desired result on all ends.
-Would
you accept a modeling assignment that requires some
nudity?
I would
accept a modeling job that has nudity and I have.
-Tell
me about your professional plans: apart from modeling,
what else would you like to pursue?
Modeling is
honestly just a small piece of my life. I am far more
concerned with education and personal development through
experience and gained knowledge. I am an entrepreneur
launching a website very soon called "ClippingerTwins.com".
This website will give fans of the Clippinger Twins
a personal look into our lives with pictures, videos,
contests, personal biographies, and more. I am also
putting out a "Clippinger Twins"calendar.
The calendar showcases the twins as sexy cowboy brothers
interacting with the ranch and each other.
-Turning
to some personal questions, how would you describe yourself?
If you had to use few words to describe your personality,
which adjectives would you use? I am an
objective psychoanalytical business mind who is passionate
about life and the understanding of the world and people
in it.
-What's like to be a twin? What
are the main advantages and disadvantages of being twins?
To
be a twin is not like many people assume. My brother
and I are defiantly identical twins but we are polar
opposites in personality. If you only met us, you would
see. It was a lot of fun growing up as a twin but it
has its challenges too.

-How do you usually
spend your spare time and what is the meaning of fun
and have a good time for you?
For fun,
I like to play and watch sports. I play baseball, basketball,
football, golf, swim, and sprint. I also like to write
horror stories and rhyming poetry. I enjoy school and
meeting new people. I also like to spend time with my
family and friends, laugh, drink, and get HI. I like
to make it a point to travel the world. I like to take
on the culture and atmosphere of a new place. There
is a sense of growth taken in from each new place discovered.
-Thanks
James for taking the time to reply to my questions,
it was a gift to me and my readers!
